W-LAN

You’ve moved into a new apartment, and have to wait three weeks for internet connection? Not at Neuer Hühnerposten! You’ll receive your W-LAN code right away, and can login directly with up to five devices. We also have something special for your guests: free wireless internet connection throughout the building.

Stay mobil

Your apartment in Hamburg will keep you mobile throughout Germany! If a move to Potsdam, Munich or Frankfurt is pending, we offer you an apartment in our other apartment houses, to which you can easily move. Smoothly, without stress and without double rents. Just tell us in time and we will check the availability in the other apartment houses for you.

Storages

We do have more space – should you need it. On the ground floor we have storage spaces available (3-6 m²) for an additional 35 Euros per month. Simply contact us about it!

Lobby

If you are taking longer than expected, your visitor does not have to wait in the rain. Via the door opener in your apartment, you can open the lobby doors for your visitor and let them sit comfortably in the lobby. There is also reading material in the infobox in the foyer. So, take your time.

Sports

No pain, no gain? Not with us! From now on you canenjoy your workouts on the twelfth floor with Christian from “erfolgskörper”. As a personal training or in groups, just as you like. And with your entrance into the Neuen Hühnerposten you get your first workout for free. Make your appointment with Christian under 0176 20 268 921. Let’s get moving!

Bicycle Parking

Would you prefer to cycle to the beach, to driving to work with the Mercedes? From the “Neue Hühnersposten” you can reach the river Elbe in ten minutes!
And to make sure your bike is protected and safe, there is plenty of free bicycle parking in the underground car park.

Underground Parking Garage

Parking in the city can be annoying. You should not have to spend your time with it in Hamburg. When renting an apartment you can rent a parking space in our underground car park. Of course there is a direct access to the house from the underground car park. It does not get any more comfortable than this.

Facility Manager

Stay clean and tidy! Neuer Hühnerposten is a proper affair, and in order to maintain this standard, our facility manager works to make sure the hallways, lobby, laundry room and elevator remain spick and span.

Rooftop Terrace

Ever overlooked Hamburg’s roofs in the evening, from the 12th floor? You could do this every night (and of course also in the day) in the Neuen Hühnerposten. All our tenants share our large roof terrace with a fantastic view over Hamburg.
